Refund & Return Policy
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only granted under the conditions explicitly stated below. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.
2. Limited Return Window (48 Hours Only)
Return requests are only accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return, customers must:
- Contact us via email at Dennis.blum187@gmail.com
- Submit the request within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Provide a valid and detailed reason for the return
- Include proof (e.g. photos/videos if applicable)
⚠️ Requests submitted after 48 hours will be automatically rejected without exception.
3. Strict Return Conditions
Even if submitted within 48 hours, returns will only be accepted if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and undamaged
- All original packaging, tags, and seals are intact
- The item shows no signs of use or handling beyond inspection
We reserve the sole right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Notice)
Where legally required under applicable law, customers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However:
- The customer must still notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for any return process
- Failure to do so may result in rejection of the return request

5. Refund Policy
If a return is approved:
- Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item
- Refunds are processed within 14 days
- The original payment method will be used
We reserve the right to:
- Deny refunds if the item does not meet return conditions
- Deduct fees in case of diminished value due to improper handling
6. Return Shipping
- Customers bear all return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments
7. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Mystery Box
- Cyber Box
- Christmas Box
These items are final sale only and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
At our discretion, these items may be eligible for a store voucher only, but this is not guaranteed.
8. Additional Exclusions
Returns are also not accepted for:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Sealed items once opened (hygiene reasons)
- Digital products or software
- Items mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be considered a violation of this policy.
We reserve the right to:
- Submit all evidence to payment providers
- Deny future purchases
- Take further action if necessary
